Our customers demand fitness equipment that can take a lot of wear and tear. Our machines are engineered to stand up to the most rigorous gym and fitness routines. Whether it is one of our commercial grade machines or home use machines, you can be assured that they are equally well built. That is why why we offer a full 2 year warranty on machines for home use and a 1 year warranty for commercial use.
To make sure that our exercise equipment will endure we have a team of 400 workers and 40 engineers that research, develop and manufacture all our components in-house.
Many of our competitors use factories that just order parts and assemble them. We have quality control engineers at the beginning and end of every stage ensuring that no faulty in-house manufactured part will ever get to the next stage and put into one of our machines. Our factory has been producing equipment since 1984 and has a solid reputation around the globe.
Our 22,000 square foot facility is ISO 9001:2000 – and ISO 14001:2004 certified and we only use RoHS Directive compliant materials. All our products are CE certified.
Not only do we offer a full 2 year warranty, we also offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product in its original packaging in working order and we will refund the entire purchase price less any shipping costs incurred.
