  • Work on those abdominals, sit on the machine’s platform facing away from the post with the controls, bend your knees and lift feet of the ground, holding and tightening your stomach for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat up to 3 times.
  • Good old push-ups, start on your knees and place hands evenly on the plate with elbows slightly bent and close to your side and hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat up to 3 times.
  • Lunges; stand with one leg, foot on the platform (knee bent), and the other leg, foot on the floor (stretched out straight) and hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds and then switch legs and repeat, up to 3 times.

Any of these positions can be performed dynamically by simply moving to the extremes (slowly) and letting the vibrations use your body weight and gravity to do the work. Following these safe and easy instructions, along with a proper diet, will insure that you’re well on your way to meeting your health, fitness and wellness needs.
