If you are not getting the results expected, simply return the product to us within 30 days and we will credit the amount of your purchase. Once we receive your shipment, we will verify the product is in good condition and working order and we will credit the full amount charged. 2 Year Warranty
We warrant this vibration machine to be free of defects in materials and workmanship while being operated correctly abiding by the instructions for a period of 2 years on the whole machine from the original date of purchase. If the vibration machine exhibits a defect while in use within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
Do not send your Kwikfit4u vibration machine back without return authorization.
We will work to get the product fixed per the warranty but please
call us at 1 877 FIT KWIK (348-5945) for a return authorization number,
warranty logistics and shipment destination which may be your dealer.
After you call for a return authorization number, we will include a pre-paid waybill with the new part(s) we ship, so it will not cost you anything to return the defective part(s).
