We warrant this vibration machine to be free of defects in materials and workmanship while being operated correctly abiding by the instructions for a period of 2 years on the whole machine from the original date of purchase. If the vibration machine exhibits a defect while in use within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
Do not send your Kwikfit4u vibration machine back without return authorization.
We will work to get the product fixed per the warranty but please
call us at 1 877 FIT KWIK (348-5945) for a return authorization number,
warranty logistics and shipment destination which may be your dealer.
After you call for a Return Authorization number, we will attempt to troubleshoot the issue over the phone as very things can go wrong with the machines. In many cases, a loose connection is to blame during transit so to avoid the loss of use of your machine and unnecessary shipping charges, we want to explore easy to fix solutions on the phone. If we can’t successfully troubleshoot over the phone, we will resolve the situation and give you access to our reduced shipping rates. Similar to your vehicle warranty, there may be some time spent and cost to you to get us your machine but we will rectify any issue that is our fault. If you are within your 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee period, we will include a pre-paid waybill with the new part(s) we ship, so it will cost not cost you anything to return the defective part(s).
