My Kwikfit4U machine is the only machine I need for a full body workout. I use it to condition my whole body, it also helps me with relaxation and flexibility. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The purchase of my Kwikfit4U Vibration machine was one of the best investments I have made for the rehabilitation of my back from my motorcycle accident! In 2007 I was thrown from a motorcycle into a cement traffic divider and suffered extensive injuries, including a broken back and neck. In the course of my recovery I spent hours in physiotherapy, after the doctors put me back together, a co-worker introduced me to a vibration machine. My physiotherapists were a little apprehensive of how this could help me but okayed me trying it. I have never looked back! I signed up for some vibration sessions at a local salon and continued using it for several months. It was almost immediately evident that the machine was relieving the muscle pain I was having. After months of going to the salon I decided I needed a machine at home. I visited your shop and the rest is history. I absolutely love my Kwikfit and use it every day! I start my day with a 20 minute session and if I am gardening or doing housework that day I use it again to relax my muscles. It has been a good investment for me, it has made my painful muscles in my back much more manageable. I would highly recommend it! A bonus is I have lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist! "I had heard many good things..."

I am a fairly active 71 year old woman that had been coping with numerous aches and pains before I started using my machine. I have fairly bad sciatica, stiffness in my hips and buttocks areas, not to mention arthritis in my hands and shoulder. Both of the YMCA's in Kamloops have Kwikfit4u WBV machines, and I had heard many good things from a lot of different folks who go to the YMCA about some of the benefits that they were getting by using these machines every day. Being a long standing and respected member of the business community, I trust the YMCA to only offer the best equipment available to their clientele. Having both of the YMCA’s in Kamloops carry Kwikfit4u WBV equipment was the main reason I decided to go with their brand of WBV equipment. I have used my 4u 800 for 15 minutes a day every morning since the day I got it over a year ago. I have a certain routine that I perform on the machine in addition to doing different stretches and yoga poses on it. It has helped me greatly with my sciatica, my soreness and stiffness in my buttocks and hips, and my arthritis as well. So much so that I was able to do something I haven't been able to do in years! Not too long ago was the first time in many years that I was able to dive in the lake and swim around to the ladder on the dock and climb out under my own power with no assistance! I tried out a Kwikfit 4u 400 at a Wellness fair in Vernon for a few minutes last March.I bought my 4u 500 in early December of last year from Annette McDermid at Healing Waters in High Prairie, Alberta. I happen to be a rather large man, standing about 6'6" and, before I started using my Kwikfit machine I weighed 308 lbs. Also, before I bought my machine, I was struggling with a few different health related issues. Since using the machine every day, the results have been no less than dramatic.I noticed immediately that the pain in my knee (osteoarthritis) didn't hurt as bad. I researched their site that night and was quite impressed with the testimonials. The next day I went back and ordered one and have never regretted it. As with many tall persons, I had been dealing with back issues for quite some time. Since using my Kwikfit machine, I have noticed a significant reduction in my back pain. I also had a blood pressure of 150/90 before I started using my Kwikfit machine. I have now been using my machine at least once a day for over 6 months now, and I have noticed the following things; my blood pressure has gone down from 150/90 to 130/80. I now weigh 290 lbs. with absolutely no change in my diet, and have dropped 6" off my waist, going from a 52" waist to a 46" waist. "It's a miracle machine."

After using this machine, I rarely limp any more or experience knee pain (now only when it's been raining). I can go up stairs now without my leg hurting. I also had chronic pain in my right should from data entering on a computer every day and now the pain is 98% gone. It feels so great not having to go home in pain and exhaustion after work. My daughter was always complaining about her ankle, knee and back hurting and since she's been using the machine, I haven't heard any complaints. Now that we've both been using the 400, neither of us has had to visit the chiropractor, massage therapist or physiotherapist which we did on a regular basis. What a small price to pay for getting my health back. Tim, I heard about the Kwikfit from my cousin in BC. I googled Kwikfit and the first thing that came up was the article about Fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed with this disease 15 years ago, also chronic fatigue syndrome. I read the article and ordered Kwikfit 4U 400. I have suffered with migraines, sore neck, shoulder, lower back and knee pain. I have many sleepless nights and nothing seemed to help. I was to chiropractors, massage therapists and on pain killers, it was like a game of dominos. After 2 months of using Kwikfit I noticed I was sleeping better, no more headaches, less stress and my pain seemed to disappear. At first I didn’t attribute the wellness of my health to using Kwikfit. We went to Toronto for 6 days at Christmas and I noticed my pain was returning, so once home it was back on my machine 3-4 times a day. Again, noticed improvements. "I am delighted with our KwikFit 'shaker'!"

I am delighted with our KwikFit 'shaker'! This is an exercise program that I will do, almost every day, and that has been a real challenge for me for years. Within just a few days of using our 4U 400 unit, my leg strength began to improve noticeably. I could tell the difference just doing simple household tasks like squatting down to put something away in a cupboard, or climbing the stairs. I took waist, thigh and bicep measurements at the beginning of our program, and within a month had lost over 2 inches from my waist measurement. I am very impressed with the science behind these machines and would highly recommend one to anyone who finds themselves challenged with taking the time every day to complete a more thorough workout. I see this machine as being like an exercise 'safety net' that helps to bridge the gap between what I should be doing every day, and what I actually am able to do. You don’t realize how important your health is until you lose it. I had 2 strokes just over 5 years ago and haven’t been able to walk properly or climb stairs since. I was an accomplished ballroom dancer before my stroke and after I felt like a gimp but I wasn’t ready to give up. My daughter introduced to me to a Kwikfit 4u 400 whole body vibration machine and after using the machine only 5 times for 10 mins each day, I was walking straight and climbing stairs for the first time in over 5 years. Soon after I began to use your vibration product I began to realize that I was getting up in the morning without the arthritic pain I had in my back and knees. I stopped taking my anti-inflammatory prescription drugs and wondered if I could still walk 18 holes of golf which I couldn't do without the pills. NO PROBLEM!! Now I don't take the pills and I walk 18 holes and feel no worse then I did after nine holes. Not only do I feel good but I don't have to rent a golf cart for the back 9. I've never had much spare time and the last thing I wanted to do was go to the gym. "I already noticed a difference after only a few days"

I had a back surgery in 1997 and since then always problems with my back. When we bought the Kwikfit machine I already noticed a difference after only a few days. I am much more flexible in my movements. I can actually bend over and touch my toes which I never could do before. The best I could do is bending forward to just touch my knees. "I'm using the machine and I love it"

I'm using the machine and I love it. The things I have noticed are I had a leg infection and my leg was extremely swollen. After I used the machine the swelling went down dramatically. I am getting toned, more flexible, my shoulder doesn't hurt, I had bursitis in my shoulder and couldn't lift weight because it was too painful afterwards. Now I can lift weights and my shoulder doesn't hurt when I wake up. In the morning my whole body is stiff. After ten min on the machine I am total loosened up. On July 27th I met my long time friend for another mountain adventure. I am 22 yrs old and trained every day for 6 weeks prior to our backpack adventure for 10 days of hiking in the mountains. I was worried about my friend's athletic condition as he said he was only doing this body vibration exercise. We met, loaded our backpacks and were ready for the challenge of hiking mountains and living off of what we could carry on our backs. Up the mountain we went and my friend was kicking my ass. I could not believe it. He would hike for 10 minutes and wait for 3 for me to catch up. He is 37 years old, has arthritis and asthma. I have never seen him in this kind of condition ever.
